You will play a key part in helping our care services grow, both by achieving agreed recruitment targets and by preserving Cavalry’s excellent reputation for quality care.We are growing quickly and we have ambitions to grow even faster, so we can help even more people. As part of this role, we want you to grow your team from day 1. We are currently hiring an additional 10 staff for this team and ideally we want you to be part of the selection process, as soon as you join.You’ll be responsible for:Ensuring that your team’s KPI’s and growth targets are met.Managing the team through 1-to-1 meetings, weekly check ins and ongoing training.Improving efficiencies such as time-to-hire, cost per hire and drop out/acceptance rates.Improving overall candidate experience through application response times, interview feedback and detailed interview formats.Monitoring marketing advertisement expenditure and maximising its effectiveness.Implementing new sourcing ideas and methods across the team to maximise candidate outreach.Liaising with the Directors re forecasting figures etcWho are we looking for?You will have previous experience managing a team in Healthcare Recruitment with a strong track record of achieving team target goals.You’ll be a confident verbal and written communicator who thrives on building relationships.Experience of using Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential.You’ll be a competitive person who enjoys over-achieving any goals set.You’ll be able to enthuse your colleagues with your passion for expansion, growth AND quality!You’ll be energetic, ambitious, switched-on and always alert to opportunity.You’ll have good commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.If you’re a good match and you’re interested in joining a dynamic, values-driven company on a mission to change care for the better, we encourage you to apply today!
