Hiring: Health and Safety ManagerLocation: Broughton, Cheshire (Onsite)Our client is hiring for a Health & Safety professional with experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Construction. Skills:A minimum NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.Proven experience in liaising with senior stakeholders, driving safety initiatives, and building strong working relationships.Strong understanding and practical application of CDM Regulations 2015 – CDM experience is essential.Solid background in compliance auditing, risk assessments, and EHS inspections within FM or construction environments.Responsibilities:Support the implementation of EHS processes across complex infrastructure and building projects.Drive safety performance with internal teams and service providers.Conduct site inspections, contractor assessments, and compliance audits.Promote safety culture at every level, from leadership to the shop floor.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable EHS professional ready to make a visible impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
