The ideal candidate has: An exceptional team player who has excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively A strong willingness to learn and a real passion for the Pension practice area Previous experience working in a related practice area concerning contentious matters, transactions and giving relevant adviceBe part of the Law Society of Scotland or SRA registered.
