Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency £35,000 - £45,000 London / HybridWe're working with a dynamic and growing digital agency that's on the lookout for a passionate and commercially-savvy Account Manager to lead client relationships across multi-channel digital campaigns. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and have a track record of delivering strategic success across SEO, PPC, Paid & Organic Social, this one's for you.The RoleYou'll be the go-to contact for clients, owning relationships and driving digital performance through expertly executed campaigns. From strategic planning through to execution and reporting, you'll ensure that every touchpoint delivers value, results, and exceptional service.What You'll Be DoingActing as the lead contact for clients across SEO, PPC, Organic and Paid Social campaignsBuilding and delivering strategic digital roadmaps that align with business goalsManaging projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with internal teams including Web, Content, and PerformanceDriving revenue growth through proactive account development and performance optimisationTaking ownership of forecasts, budgets, and billing within CRM and finance systemsCoaching and supporting junior team members, while also helping onboard new startersChampioning excellent client service, retention and satisfaction across all accountsKeeping clients informed with clear reporting on performance, progress and outcomesYou'll Need2+ years' experience in a digital agency environment, managing integrated campaignsA strong background in digital strategy across PPC, SEO, and Paid SocialExperience working with B2B clients - property sector experience is a bonusA client-first mindset and the ability to juggle multiple accounts with easeExcellent communication skills - written and verbalA commercial eye with strong attention to detail and organisationWhat They're Looking ForSomeone who's proactive in spotting opportunities and driving growthA confident operator who can run with projects and deliver independentlyA strong team player who thrives in collaborative environmentsSomeone who's passionate about digital, loves staying ahead of trends, and is always curious to learnA natural leader who supports others and brings positive energy to the teamSound like you?
