We’re seeking an experienced Back of House Manager to support the launch and day-to-day operations of the kitchen at Everton Football Club’s new stadium.Working alongside the Culinary Director, Executive Chef, and key departmental leads, you'll ensure all back of house areas are fully operational, compliant, and efficient from day one.You’ll lead, train, and motivate both full-time and event-day teams to maintain a clean, safe, and high-performing environment. Opportunities to attend in-house events and try the culinary genius of our teams (we are a food business after all!)A day in the life of Back of House Manager:Report to the Executive Head Chef and oversee all non-cooking kitchen operations at Everton Football Club.Manage Kitchen Porters: recruitment, rotas, training, presentation, and area allocation.Supervise pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking staff. Support Head Chefs across kitchen operations.Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and cleaning supplies; ensure correct storage and usage.Accept and check deliveries (food and non-food) in line with Aramark policies.Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, prepped, and fully compliant for operational service.Conduct regular checks for hygiene, food safety, COSHH, and health & safety compliance.Lead mobilisation by training all BOH staff to Aramark standards and setting up efficient kitchen layouts.Track stock usage and wastage; perform regular line checks and full event stock audits.Provide admin support: ordering, compliance paperwork, and training schedules.Promote a guest-focused, high-standard culture across the BOH team.Ensure all due diligence processes and safety records are completed and up to date.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to maintain quality and control.You’ll be set up for success if you have:A naturally confident leader to inspire a large kitchen team to deliver results.
