Corporate Solicitor – NewcastleAre you a Corporate Solicitor looking to step into a high-quality role with long-term development prospects?We are working with a prominent law firm with a strong regional and national reputation which is expanding its corporate offering and now seeks a commercially minded solicitor to join a busy and growing team. With flexibility on base location and hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys varied and complex work.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll join a collaborative team advising a wide range of clients on corporate and governance matters. Work will be both advisory and deal-focused, typically including:Acquisitions, disposals, and investment dealsShareholder agreements and company reorganisationsPrivate equity and early-stage investment workOngoing advisory work for growth businesses and larger private companiesOpportunities to contribute to public company or listed work (if of interest)You’ll play a key role on transactions, building trusted relationships and helping businesses navigate major milestones.What We’re Looking ForWe’d love to speak to solicitors who:Have around 4+ years’ experience in corporate lawAre confident managing transactional work and advising directlyValue quality service, responsiveness, and practical solutionsWant to grow in a supportive and highly regarded team environmentEnjoy working closely with clients in diverse sectorsWhile corporate deal experience is key, we welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds — whether your focus has been SME deals, private equity, or strategic advisory work.Why This Role?You’ll be part of a thriving firm that genuinely invests in its people, culture, and community.
