Senior Associate / Partner – Commercial Property -Birmingham City CentreLocation: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid Working)Firm: Multi-office Legal 500 Law FirmPosition: Senior Associate / Salaried Partner (DOE)PQE: 7+ yearsSalary: £72,000 – £85,000 + benefitsWe are working with a highly regarded multi-office Legal 500 firm seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join their well-established Commercial Property team in central Birmingham.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to step into a senior leadership role, driving forward the department’s growth and development while supervising junior lawyers and managing a varied and high-quality caseload.Key Responsibilities:Transactional Work –Drafting, negotiating and completing leases, licences, agreements for lease and related documentationActing for SMEs in the purchase and sale of commercial propertyAdvising bridging lenders and other lenders in secured property finance mattersActing for Receivers, Liquidators, and Administrators on property salesHandling property aspects of corporate transactions (e.g. share sales, mergers, restructures)Conducting property due diligence, reviewing title, leases, searches, etc.Team Leadership –Supervising and mentoring junior lawyersConducting regular supervision meetingsSupporting team development and contributing to department strategyRequirements:Minimum 7 years’ PQE in commercial property lawStrong technical and drafting abilityExperience supervising junior lawyersExcellent communication, commercial awareness, and client care skillsProactive approach to business development and team growthAmbition to play a leadership role in a growing teamBenefits:£72,000–£85,000 salary (DOE)25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)Buy/sell up to 5 days of leave annuallyBirthday day offPension scheme Life assurance (4x salary) from day onePrivate Medical Care Summer and Christmas partiesFlexible hybrid working modelInterested in learning more?Contact Ellie Marshall in confidence:
