This is a strategic and commercially focused role with high visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to influence sourcing decisions across global non-IT categories, including facilities management, travel, and professional services.Top 3 Things to Know About This RoleGlobal remit with senior stakeholder exposureHigh-impact projects supporting transformation and ESG goalsHybrid working: 60% office / 40% remote in BelfastThe Role:Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute sourcing strategies.Lead procurement initiatives and negotiations across a range of non-IT categories.Align procurement with business transformation, ESG, and risk/compliance requirements.Build and manage supplier relationships that drive value, performance, and innovation.Support vendor governance and deputise for the Procurement Lead as needed.The Person:Solid experience in procurement within a complex, ideally professional services, environment.Proven track record in managing categories such as FM, travel, and professional services.Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.MCIPS is a plus, but not essential.
