This is a rare opportunity to manage a recently refurbished, two-level facility that consistently ranks among the top 5-10 venues of its kind in the UK.The ChallengeThis is a demanding but rewarding role requiring flexibility for early starts (7am) during peak periods and late finishes (up to 3am). You'll be joining during a critical transition period with our departing GM available for a comprehensive handover.About the RoleFollowing our current GM's promotion to a sister venue in Bristol, we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
