General Manager - Entertainment VenuePlymouth | £42,000 - £50,000 | PermanentOwn car essential due to shift patterns and limited public transportAre you ready to lead one of the UK's top entertainment destinations?We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to take the helm of a prestigious entertainment venue in Plymouth. This is a rare opportunity to manage a recently refurbished, two-level facility that consistently ranks among the top 5-10 venues of its kind in the UK.The ChallengeThis is a demanding but rewarding role requiring flexibility for early starts (7am) during peak periods and late finishes (up to 3am). You'll be joining during a critical transition period with our departing GM available for a comprehensive handover.About the RoleFollowing our current GM's promotion to a sister venue in Bristol, we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
