Financial Planner | Bath / Hybrid | £70,000 Basic + Bonus + Inherited Client BankWe’re representing a highly respected independent financial planning and investment management business with an urgent need for an experienced Financial Planner to join their team.This opportunity provides immediate access to a well-established client bank, available due to the planned retirement of a longstanding adviser.You’ll initially be based in the Bath office, with a planned relocation to central Bristol in due course due to the firm’s acquisition by a reputable Bristol-based wealth group. (Notably, this transition will not impact your client bank).The Opportunity:£70,000 basic salaryBonus structure with no cap3.5 x validation, 33% of everything over thatInherited portfolio of c.100 clientsCirca £25 million AUM, generating £150k–£160k in recurring incomeHybrid/Flexible working - no mandated office daysYour Role:As a client-facing Financial Planner, you’ll take over and nurture an existing portfolio while identifying further opportunities to grow through referrals, introducers (e.g. accountants and solicitors), and your own networks.
