HR AdvisorLocation: Thanet | 6-8 Week Temporary £15.00-17.00/hourLOCAL CANDIDATES TO THANET, CANTERBURY, HERNE BAY, DEAL AND SANDWICH ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a small team in Thanet to help support the Management team and hold the fort in an HR Advisory capacity on a short term temporary basis. What You'll Do:Provide day to day support in the HR team Assist with recruitment and onboardingContribute opinions and advice to HR projects that are currently in process.Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure legal compliance What We're Looking For:Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar roleUnderstanding of UK employment law and HR best practiceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, however there could be some flexibility on this.
