The RoleMy client is looking for an experienced and commercial People Operations leader to join the People team in a newly created role. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll be a key member of the People leadership team, responsible for scaling and optimising People Operations, driving innovation through technology and AI, and delivering exceptional service to the business.You will bring a sharp analytical mindset, a passion for operational excellence, and a track record of building high-performing teams and systems in fast-paced environments.Summary of the role and key responsibilitiesLead and scale People Operations to support rapid UK and International growth, ensuring compliance and consistency.Lead the HR systems strategy & implementation and optimisation of Workday.Drive operational innovation through AI, automation, and data-driven processes.Build and lead a high-performing People Operations team.Develop and manage core HR processes including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and policy documentation.Partner with cross-functional teams to support organisational growth and hiring plans.Establish and maintain robust risk management and governance frameworks.Build a People Analytics function to deliver actionable insights to leadership.Key Requirements:Proven experience leading People Operations in a scaling or complex organisation.Strong analytical skills; STEM or consulting background preferred.Hands-on experience with HR systems implementation (especially Workday).Passionate about tech-enabled HR and improving the employee experience.Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across teams.Experienced in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.How to applyThis is a very exciting time to be part of the continued growth trajectory of the business and an opportunity to further shape and improve the HR operations offering.
