Looking for a new challenge? Join our Corporate & Environmental Law team. And play a pivotal role in delivering high-value, high impact legal work for the Council.This is a part time permanent position which will be hybrid working with some office attendance, as the job requires.About The RoleAs a key member of our legal team, you’ll provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial property matters. You’ll support the Council’s ambitious target of securing £118.3 million in capital receipts over the next four years, working closely with service departments and senior officers on complex and rewarding projects.This is a part-time, permanent position offering hybrid working arrangements, with flexibility to attend the office as needed.What You’ll Be DoingAdvising on commercial property transactions and legal strategies. Supporting major project land developments and property disposals with some acquisitions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
