This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient project delivery, compliance with safety standards, and seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Planning & Operations:Book and manage track access to align with project deadlines.Produce and reviewSafe Work Packs (SWPs), ensuring compliance and audit readiness.Attend planning meetings and action follow-up requirements.Troubleshoot scheduling anomalies and implement preventive solutions.Support workflow efficiencies for both site and office teams.Team & Compliance:Mentor and support team members, including newly qualified COSS personnel.Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of welfare and accountability.Assist with training initiatives and professional development.Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with clients to develop tailored planning solutions.Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and geospatial teams to resolve access queries.Promote best practices to deliver "right-first-time" outputs.Skills & Experience Proven background in a similar Planning role.Familiarity with Safe Work Packs , task briefs, and Network Rail processes.Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to shifting priorities.Ability to mentor teams and uphold rigorous safety standards.Desirable: Knowledge of industry software and a valid COSS, ES and / or PC certification.Join a growing business in a crucial role with opportunities to progress as the team continues to expand.Any questions or queries can be directed to nicholas.moore at vital.uk.comTPBN1_UKTJ
