You will ensure the costs are in line with the information specified and are commercially viable and competitive.What we are looking for in our Trainee Flat Roofing Estimator:Strong arithmetic skills are essential for this role. Ideally, you will also have some knowledge of construction and building practices, along with a willingness to develop an understanding of market routes and contractual frameworks. While experience with AutoCAD is advantageous, it is not required, as full training will be provided.You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities, be proficient with computers, and have experience using Microsoft Office applications. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and strong numerical proficiency are key to success in this position.
