Job Description

We're working with a dynamic logistics company seeking a Head of Customer Solutions to help drive strategic client growth. This is a solution–focused role working closely with sales, commercial, and operational teams to deliver innovative supply chain strategies to both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor–leading customer workshops, co–creating value–driven solutions, and supporting complex logistics transformations. You'll manage cross–functional teams and develop tailored proposals that deliver measurable client value–cost reduction, service improvement, and enhanced operational performance. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify customer opportunities Lead customer strategy workshops to understand supply chain challenges Design and deliver customised value propositions Manage end–to–end project lifecycle from concept to proposal delivery Coordinate cross–functional solution design teams Support business case development and RFx responses Help transition solutions into delivery and measure client value Candidate Requirements:5–10 years' experience in strategic supply chain transformation Background in freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL, logistics or supply chain consulting Proven project leadership and people management skills Willingness to travel (UK & International) Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering (preferred) ACS is recruiting for a Head of Customer Solutions.
