DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a Day Porter to join their team at a Residential Building based in Marylebone. About the role: Salary: £35,000 annum Schedule: Monday - Friday 7.30am-4pm / Saturday 8am-12pm What You'll be doing: Providing five-star front desk service to all visitors and residents.Managing enquiries and handling situations with a calm, professional attitude.Monitoring and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of communal spaces.Performing regular building checks and coordinating with maintenance and security as needed.Overseeing parcel deliveries, access permissions, and key handling.Keeping a close eye on building activity, CCTV, and ensuring community rules are respected.Carring out the bins.
