Supported Housing Worker Dinardos is a well-established Supported Housing provider with locations across Catford, Lewisham, Norwood and Peckham throughout South East London. We specialise in supporting adults with challenging and complex Mental Health needs including rough sleepers,drugs, alcohol and substance misuse as well as challenging behaviour. We have some exciting opportunities for Supported Housing Workers who can make a difference every day and are passionate about supporting, empowering and guiding our residents to live as independently as possible with our continual guidance and support.You will work with residents based on their personalised support plans which will continue to evolve based on progress (SMART support planning and risk assessing). We use a framework of positive risk taking to inform our key working sessions. The role alsoincludes planning and taking part in activities and escorting residents to appointments and activities in the community therefore you'll need to be motivated and committed to support in this way.What you can expect for your hard work and dedication: ·£13.00 - £13.85 per hour depending on experience and/or qualifications. ·45 hours per week – 8am to 6pm on a rota basis to cover alternate weekends. <...
