Main Duties Outdoor maintenance of the site Typical caretaking duties General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds. To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites. To assist the Head of Estates in preparing maintenance, development & project plans Handle goods in and portering tasks by receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels, and conducting health and safety checks To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.
