We have the role for you as a Residential Social Care Worker. As a Residential Childcare Worker you will provide day-to-day care to children and young people withina stable, safe and nurturing environment. You will build positive relationships with each child and young person in order to meet their various needs, taking responsibility as a keyworker. A Residential Childcare Worker supports the Registered Homes Managerand Senior Residential Support Workers to ensure the Statement of Purpose is met, with particular emphasis on providing a person-centred therapeutic service, through delivering high quality childcare to children and young people.Experience of working ina child's residential home this role you will:Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. Work in accordance with children’s and young people’s care plans and risk assessments and contributing to their review. Form effective relationships with children and young people, their families (if appropriate) and external agencies.
