Your new role As an Independent Living Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering intensive housing management services across sheltered housing schemes in Bath. Key responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with residents and support them in maintaining their independence.- Assist with tenancy management and help new residents settle into their homes.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.- Support residents in accessing benefits, financial advice, and assistive technologies.- Monitor the quality of services provided by contractors (e.g., grounds maintenance, window cleaning).- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service.
