This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Financial Management Processor (12 Month FTC) for Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK). This Processor will be responsible for the allocation of all cash and cash related transactions for Volvo,SCUK, HCUK. Please note this role is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the Redhill office. Remote workers will not be considered. Responsibilities will include: Reconciling and processing credit card payments to customer agreements Ensuring that all documentation is passed for scanning and providing cover if required Banking cheques to Walker Financials Adhering to our commitment to Consumer Duty ensuring we put our customers’ needs first and set higher and clearer standards of consumer protection Validating cheque payments Encoding cash & cheque payments to customer agreements Performing a daily reconciliation of cash transactions processed versus transactions banked Scanning supplier invoices Resolving supplier queries in a timely manner, referring to senior resource where necessary Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy and integrity of profit & loss account Updating Walker Financials with supplier transactions Validating and encoding supplier invoices Investigate and resol...
