Role:Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Location:Dartford, Kent Duration:3-month initial contract (with likely extension) Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week) Start Date:ASAP Band:Band 6 Rate:£27 per hour Contact:Jake Davies | | What You’ll Be Doing:Carrying a caseload of service users in the communityConducting risk assessments, care planning, and MDT liaisonDelivering recovery-focused interventions and monitoring mental health statusEnsuring effective crisis management and safeguardingSupporting holistic treatment planning in collaboration with the wider teamRequirements:Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC Pin Required)Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CPNExperience with community mental health frameworks and care coordinationComfortable working autonomously and managing a caseload
