Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent (ST10) Salary: Up to £42,466 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Sector: Neurological Rehabilitation | Private Healthcare Sponsorship: Not Available Job Description: An exciting opportunity has become available for an Occupational Therapist to join a developing neurobehavioural rehabilitation service in Cheadle, Staffordshire. The service supports adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs, delivering highlyspecialist care in a therapeutic, outcome-focused environment. You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based interventions, supporting goal setting with service users and carers, and helping to maximise independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct neurological assessments and rehabilitation planning Deliver interventions to support function, ADLs, and cognitive rehab Assess environmental and equipment needs, including seating Use clinical outcome measures (FIM/FAM, WHIM, CRS-R, TOMS) Support complex discharge planning and liaise with community services Supervise OT assistants and students Contribute to the delivery and development of evidence-based practice Essential Criteria: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Strong clinical knowledge in neurorehabilitation or complex needs Experience working within MDTs and using outcome measures Skilled in planning and evaluating treatment interventions Ability ...
