Job Title:SEND EHC Coordinator Location:Hybrid in the Liverpool area Duration:3 - 6 months ongoing Schedule:Mon - Fri, 9 - 5 Start Date:July 2025 Rate of Pay:£240 - £250 per day Contact:Faieq - /What You’ll Be Doing: • Have a strong working knowledge of the Children & Families Act 2014, the Special educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014, the SEN Code 2015 and the Care Act.• Hold and manage a Caseload of children and/or young people with EHCP’s.• Co-ordinate the statutory EHCNA process for Children & Young People (CYP) with SEND and have a detailed knowledge of the timescales within the process.• Work in co-production with parents and CYP to ensure their views and voice are represented in all documents• Have a good understanding of the Preparing for Adulthood outcomes and ensure this is reflected in both your work with young people and within their EHCP’s• Write high quality EHC pl...
