Catering Manager, Staff Canteen - part of Vertas Group Limited Saputo Dairy Canteen CV10 7RG Monday to Friday, 08:00-15:00 (with flexibility to oversee all shifts as required) £13.60 per hour Must have good cooking experience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume staff canteen that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team across multiple shifts, ensuringconsistent food quality, maintaining strict food safety standards, and operating within a tight budget. The day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to; Leadership & Team Management - Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse catering team across day, evening, and night shifts. Ensure adequate staffing and smooth handovers between shifts. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Operational Oversight. Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
