CDM Safety ManagerPermanentSalary up to £65k plus travel and strong benefits packageShirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading construction organisation working alongside a Local Authority. Due to the nature of the projects, this role requires a strong CDM background and construction experience. This role will involve frequent stakeholder engagement and will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to be hands-on with projects and site teams. The CDM Safety Manager will be responsible for:– Ensuring the responsibility of safety for all contractors, operators and members of the public on and around the construction sites– Monitor the performance of your sites in order to identify where additional support/actions are required.– Providing CDM advice and guidance to contractors– Review of project construction phase plans (CPP), risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).The CDM Safety Manager will have:– CMIOSH is essential– Strong CDM knowledge and practical experience– Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders– Full UK Working rights
