About the Opportunity;My client is a well-established and fast growing organisation who are going through an exciting period of expansion. Due to this, I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team initially on an interim basis, to support the full recruitment cycle across central functions including HR, Finance, IT, and Legal.You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a smooth and effective talent strategy during a key period of growth.Key Responsibilities Include;Partner with hiring managers and people teams to deliver recruitment aligned to our business and people plansFull recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer managementUse a variety of sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines, particularly for business-critical rolesRepresent the organisation at assessment centres, open days, and job fairs – showcasing the busiess as an employer of choiceCoach stakeholders on best-practice interviewing and candidate assessment techniquesMaintain high standards of candidate data in our ATS and provide regular reporting and insightsChampion a high-quality candidate experience and recruitment process across the businessIdeal Candidate Experience:Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partnering, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth settingStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levelsComfortable managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and process excellenceATS experience and a data-led approach to recruitment reporting would be advantageousPassion for hiring, candidate experience, and employer brandingSummary;This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and have a real impact on how we grow and hire.
