Previous experience working with older people in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with progress towards or completion of QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, keeping your Line Manager informed about residents' needs and progress, and writing care plans.
