Position DetailsLocation: Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Type: Permanent, Band 6 (depending on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours/week About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Audiologist with experience in audiology, including working with complex patients, to join our friendly team. The role offers opportunities for specialist training and funded CPD. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care within a supportive audiology team, working autonomously with adults, children, and neonates, performing diagnostics, rehabilitation, and delivering services at satellite clinics and in patients' homes. Qualifications and SkillsMSc in Audiology or equivalent Registered with ACHS or HCPC Experience working in the NHS or similar healthcare setting Excellent communication, leadership, and patient care skills ResponsibilitiesPerform complex clinical activities, including paediatric and vestibular assessments Maintain expertise in testing and rehabilitation techniques, including emerging technologies Act as a point of contact for junior team members Transport equipment and stock to outstations and schools as needed Keep patient management systems up to date and manage stock appropriately Values and CultureOur STAR values—Service, Teamwork, Ambition, and Respect—guide our commitment to delivering high-quality, joined-up services to our community, empowering individuals to lead healthier, independent lives.
