A top-rated practice in Aylesbury (rated GOOD by the CQC with high QOF scores) is seeking an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse for a minimum 3-month contract, working 2–4 days per week.This well-established, purpose-built surgery boasts long-standing staff and a reputation for excellence.
