You will need a willingness to learn and good communication skills. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as you will have an opportunity to grow and develop, learning new skills with ongoing training.Above all we want someone that shares in our Hospitaller Values. Above all, you will be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in a surrounding of respect, trust and joy.When will you start?It is quick and easy to apply to our jobs, and you could start within a couple of weeks. After applying, we will call you for chat before booking you in for a video interview. If successful, we will need to do some checks, that includes a DBS check, references and employment history.
