Manage team rotas, annual leave, and training allocations. Liaise with local authorities and social services for clinical assessments. Provide guidance and support to team members during and outside working hours. Represent the brand with professionalism for residents, team members, and visitors. Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals for Registered Nurses and Team Leaders.Package and Benefits:The Clinical Deputy Manager Will ReceiveAnnual salary of £48,000 - £50,000. 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
