1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants This exciting new role will support in the global acceleration and enhancement of onsite customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX), through the use of A/B testing. The Global Junior Ecommerce Executive will be supporting in the daily operations of , working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class digital customer journey. This role will also support in the delivery of development roadmap enhancements to , across multiple stages of the development cycle - from story writing, gathering requirements and information to help build product stories, through to global roll out and business user adoption. This position is an 18-month fixed term contract. LOCATION This role will be based in our Leeds office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support in driving the A/B testing workstream for , helping to ensure that all areas of the global content acceleration plan has been prioritised and tested. Supporting in the execution of the global content acceleration plan, providing support to the global content team where required. Work cross functionally with the global brand and studio team to enhance website design and functionality, always championing a premium user experience Review competitor landscape, including premium brands, to ensure is delivering a best-in-class user experience. Support the Global Senior Ecommerce Product and Content Manager in executing a digital content strategy for to provide a best-in-class customer experience. Support the Global Ecommerce Development Product Manager to deliver key development roadmap initiatives, assisting with story investigations, testing, roll out processes and business user support. Work to become a Super-User and champion of the CMS, supporting Local teams with technical troubleshooting, CMS best practices and how-to documentation. Work with the Digital Performance team to optimise the onsite content & structural aspects of the website to improve SEO. Support the evolution of 3rd party tools and integrations on , supporting the Global Ecommerce Development Product Manager with BAU updates and ongoing optimisations.
