They have a strong background and experience in Quality repair work to masonry, Façade cleaning, Window repair and replacement, roofing works and architectural and ornamental leadwork. They have developed into a reputable organisation who offer ground-breaking and value solutions for all clients. Due to their success and strong turnover whilst delivering outstanding results, they now have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Health & Safety Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes. Health and Safety Responsibilities Ensure health, safety, environmental legislation, codes of practice are being followed and put in place. Make sure relevant information and support to site teams in order to accomplish to complete and complete projects correctly. Recognise and act on areas for improvement Carry out health and safety training Undertake site inspections and audits and close out to ensure compliance. Encourage positive Health and Safety atmosphere. Personal Specification & Requirements Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction Punctual, reliable and good practical skills Able to work autonomously on more than one project at a time Relevant working experience in the construction/restoration industry Exceptional attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
