We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes. We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. We are able to help support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and to make the whole treatment journey more convenient.You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.DutiesPerform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team Provide compassionate support to the patient and family Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.Working patternFull time: 37.5 hrs per week (Mon-Fri)Part time: 22.5 hrs per week (Mon/Tues/Fri)RequirementsQualified Paediatric Nurse Experience of Enzyme Replacement Therapy Valid UK driving license Willingness to work autonomously Attention to detailFull job description can be found here: Clinical Homecare Paediatric Nurse JD.pdfIn Return We Offer Rewards And Benefits IncludingAnnual salary: £36,646 to £38,000 full time equivalent (depending on experience) Company Car for full time. Car allowance for part time (up to £4,500 pro rata per annum). 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Annual company bonus scheme (subject to eligibility) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
