Lead Architect – Education & High-Rise ResidentialLocation: London, Clerkenwell / or Kent Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 The RoleJoin an established AJ100 UK Architecture Practice!We're looking for an experienced Lead Architectto take the reins on a range of E ducationand/or H igh-Rise Residentialprojects from our offices in Kent, or Clerkenwell.This role is ideal for aSenior Architect, or Lead Architectwith 3–4 years’ experience leading project teams, from concept design through delivery, within a collaborative and design-led studio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-disciplinary teams on education or high-density residential schemesOversee design development, technical detailing, and documentation (RIBA Stages 2–6)Coordinate BIM workflows and model management usingArchiCAD and/or RevitAct as client point-of-contact and support project reporting, deadlines, and quality controlMentor junior staff and contribute to internal best practice initiativesWhat You’ll BringARB/RIBA qualified with UK project delivery experienceMinimum 3–4 years in a project leadership or job-running roleStrong portfolio across education and/or high-rise residential sectorsProficient inArchiCAD and/or RevitConfident communicator with strong knowledge of UK building regulationsBenefitsFlexible/hybrid working optionsCareer development support and structured CPDInvolvement in high-impact, design-led projects nationwide#J-18808-Ljbffr
