Designed byMartin Brudnizki DesignStudio and decorated with artwork from Frank Gehry, Damien Hirst, and Michael Roberts, the look and feel are glamorous and opulent. The food takes its inspiration from the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan. The bar holds the world's largest Japanese whisky collection at 400 bottles, as well as offering a hard-to-resist cocktail list. Sexy Fish Manchester was launched in October 2023, in the heart of Spinningfields. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee Sexy Fish UK (London & Manchester), an exceptional and established brand part of Caprice Holdings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with a strong background in lifestyle brands, particularly in fine dining settings. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, a genuine passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining the exceptional service standards that define Caprice Holdings.
