The ideal candidate is a proven leader, must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property.YOUR ROLELead and manage the onsite maintenance team to a world-class standard.Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all building-related systemsCoordinate response to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient mannerReliably handle emergency situations and quickly communicate issues to your supervisor and fellow team membersDevelop and manage an on-call schedule with neighboring sitesEffectively manage the apartment turnover processOversee selection and management of all maintenance-related vendorsPotential multi-site management Manage capital projects onsite as needed including the bid process andproject/constructionmanagement Assist with the creation of the property budget and ensure cost effectiveness across all maintenance-related areasYOUR VALUEDedication to the – always work to resolve their issues and exceed their expectations, doing so in a timely manner with open communicationDedication to the Vision – always represent the high standards set for ourselves and each otherDedication to Your Team – always be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done —no job is “below your pay grade” YOUR SKILLS3+ years of experience in Residential Property Management (preferably as a Manager)Skilled in all areas of maintenance, turnover, and building systemsWillingness to jump in and learn new tasks and systemsAbility to work independentlyDesire to take initiative and solve problemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal THE PERKS!
