This is a key leadership role responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the delivery of high-quality support to children and families within one of our Family Hubs.As Senior Practice Supervisor, You WillWork alongside the Family Hub Manager to co-ordinate day-to-day operations. Deliver effective early help through integrated working and strong partnerships, aligned with the Dudley Early Help Strategy. Lead a team of Family Support Workers, providing supervision, guidance, and support planning. Manage risk and ensure timely, appropriate support in line with the continuum of need. Organise and deliver programmes, workshops, and community-based activities. Foster collaborative working with professionals, agencies, and community organisations. Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Build meaningful relationships with families and promote community engagement.
