You will respond to emergencies and provide guidance and support to care assistants, under the supervision of qualified nursing staff. We would prefer that you have a Health and Social Care Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and require you to be trained in administering medication. It would also be beneficial if you are trained to train moving & handling to other staff members.We will support you in every step of your duties by providing training and career development therefore.
