Rotational Community Occupational TherapistJoin to apply for theRotational Community Occupational Therapistrole atHertfordshire Community NHS Trust Rotational Community Occupational Therapist3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for theRotational Community Occupational Therapistrole atHertfordshire Community NHS Trust We have 3 exciting opportunities for aspiring and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our Band 5 Community Rotation.Current vacancies are in Danesbury Neurological Centre, Early Supported Discharge (ESD) Team and Community Intermediate Care Team (ICT).You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge within a wide range of specialist teams. The rotation includes our ICT, Discharge Home to Assess, ESD, Inpatient Rehab (QVM & Danesbury Hospitals) and Children and Young Persons Services.You will have an opportunity to network within our highly skilled and experienced pool of OTs, and be supported along your career with training and regular supervision to ensure your practices are relevant and up to date.‘ The rotation has provided continuity in my professional development. The training has expanded my knowledge and understanding of neurorehabilitation including vocational and cognitive rehab. I would recommend HCT as a wonderful place to work, where everyone has time for you and your success is celebrated’‘From day one I was welcomed, supported and guided in an environment where I felt safe to learn, ask questions and grow. I now feel equipped to manage patients with a wide range of needs. This has been one of the most rewarding and meaningful chapters of my career so far.
