They are looking for a chemistry related graduate with some industrial experience. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute syntheses to develop efficient routes for target molecules, meeting project objectives for yield, purity, cost and sustainability as agreed with the +1 manager Identify critical process parameters, and optimize conditions through systematic experimentation and statistical design Collaborate with analytical chemistry, computational modelling, and process safety teams to characterize products, understand reaction kinetics, and assess process hazards as required.
