We are patient centred and holistic in our approach and work with patients to maximise their independence.The role requires a motivated and dynamic person to work within an established service, and it is essential that you can work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of treating patients with falls, frailty and orthopaedic conditions is essential. There are opportunities for training within the team. Good communication skills and team working are essential qualities.This is a community-based role so being a driver with access to a vehicle for business use is an essential requirement for the role.We would consider a development role for a Band 5 clinician to progress knowledge and skills whilst in post through completion of a competency framework.
