About the area The School of Health and Clinical Sciences at UWA is a research-intensive academic environment focused on improving community health and wellbeing. The Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences delivers a Doctor of Optometry and HDR options, supported by the Eye Health Centre of Western Australia (EHCWA) – a world-class public clinic providing specialist eye care, clinical education, and applied research. About the opportunity Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, compliance, and high-quality patient care at EHCWA. Develop and implement strategies to support clinic goals, enhance workflow and satisfaction. Liaise with healthcare providers, students, and stakeholders to build clinic reputation and engage About you Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with substantial senior-level administrative experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to lead and train staff. Experience in health environments (Optometry/Ophthalmology/Hospitals) and understanding of clinical compliance. Ability to manage clinic budgets and contribute to strategy development. Desirable: Infection control and digital marketing experience. Special Requirements Current Working with Children Check (valid at time of application). Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
