In this role, you will be trained to assess liability for motor insurance incidents, handle third-party claim settlements, and manage recoveries for Arriva. What does the role involve?Handling incidents/claims following department procedures, service agreements, and current case law. Processing supplier invoices. Completing 90-day reviews monthly. Reporting weekly incoming and outstanding postal figures. Requirements for the roleIdeally previous experience in insurance or claims environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams). Effective communication skills. What Arriva can offer youStarting salary of £22,500, rising to £23,000 after successful probation (6 months). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (total 33 days).
