Description Supervise daily financial operations, ensuring all processes align with company policies. Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and reconciliations. Oversee completion of monthly billing cycles, ensuring all orders are processed and invoices are accurately raised Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve billing disputes Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to address financial queries and provide necessary guidance. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within the finance department. Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skillset.
