With over 25 years of combined NHS, primary care, and pharmacy sector expertise, their team is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting professionals to grow and thrive.Job Type:Full-time | Locum Schedule:Monday to Friday Location:Onsite – Aylesbury (HP19) Pay: Dependent on experienceDuties: As aPharmacy Technician , you will work alongside Clinical Pharmacists, GP practices, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to support medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy services. Your role will include:Reviewing discharge and clinic lettersSupporting medication safety monitoring (e.g. high-risk drugs)Assisting with medicines improvement and cost-effective prescribingResolving medicines-related queries with clinicians and admin staffConducting audits and contributing to quality improvement projectsSupporting Structured Medication ReviewsEssential Criteria:NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Strong communication skills and a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team Experience working within Primary CareTo enquire about this role: Email Eleanor on eleanor.binns@.uk or call the office on 01772 208 963 #J-18808-Ljbffr
