Job Location:United Kingdom (Tier 2 Health and Care Worker Visa Sponsorship Available) Salary:£22,000 – £29,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities:Conduct NHS health checks and new patient assessments Assist GPs with clinical administration and referrals Perform chaperoning duties during medical examinations and minor procedures Visit patients at home when needed Handle and manage lab samples Maintain sterile environments and manage surgical equipment Oversee vaccine storage, monitoring, and stock rotation Educate patients on health and wellness Help collect and analyze data on patient health needs What We’re Looking For:GCSE Grade A–C in English and Maths (essential) NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality Commitment to equality, safety, and high-quality patient care Professional Development & Support:Ongoing training and skills development Annual performance reviews Access to CPD opportunities Supportive team environment with open communication Visa Information:This role qualifies for theTier 2 UK Health and Care Worker visa .
