As a Nursery Nure, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the planning of a program of activities in your designated area. Working alongside parents to ensure full integration within the nursery, tailored to the child's needs. Supporting all staff and engaging positively within a team. Supporting volunteers in the setting and encouraging their professional development. Liaising with and supporting parents and other family members. Being flexible within nursery working practices, including undertaking domestic tasks such as snack preparation and equipment cleaning. Collaborating with the manager and staff team to uphold the nursery's philosophy. Considering the nursery as a whole, being aware of the needs of all children. Developing reflective practice and being open to personal and professional growth. Providing a high-quality environment that meets the needs of children from diverse cultures, religious backgrounds, and developmental stages. Ensuring mealtimes are pleasant social occasions that cater to individual needs. Upholding the nursery's high standards at all times. Experience needed: Level 3 qualification in a recognised childcare field, deemed relevant by the DFE and Ofsted. GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent. Basic food hygiene certification. Paediatric first aid certification. Level 1 safeguarding qualification. In return, you will receive an hourly rate of £13.18, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. The latest finish time is 4pm or 5pm, with an earliest start of 8am.#J-18808-Ljbffr
